Cofounder
Dr. Muhammad Rahmat Yananda, M.Si acts as a strategist for various issues, such as urban issues, organization and innovation. He completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (formerly the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences) and researched urban administration issues in developing regional-based innovation. Currently Rahmat manages a consulting company, PT. Makna Informasi Indonesia which helps organizations, leaders, and cities build brands.
Dr. Ummi Salamah S.Psi
Cofounder
Dr. Ummi Salamah S.Psi, Psychologist, M.Si, is a practitioner and academic in the field of communication. Ummi is also a psychologist and consultant for HR, Internal Communications and Organizations and completed her doctoral studies on brands of political leaders. Currently, Ummi is a permanent lecturer at the Department of Communication, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at the University of Indonesia and Head of the Communication Studies Unit at the Institute for Social and Political Research and Development (LPPSP) at the University of Indonesia (formerly the Center for Communication Studies – Puskakom).
